Mormons.... are you allowed to have angel decorations?
I know that you cannot wear a cross or have them displayed in your homes. What about angels? Are they banned as well? A friend of mine bought a pretty angel figurine as a birthday gift for someone she works with that is LDS. Now she's wondering if Mormon's are allowed to have them. How do you feel about having angels other than Moroni on display?

I understand now that it is merely by choice..... BIG difference. Don't you just hate it when there are unsubstantiated rumors floating around about your religion? I do.
My mom collects them! That was a really sweet gesture and it will probably be very appreciated.
We do not wear a cross, not because we believe it to be evil or wrong. Quite the contrary! We believe that the greatest part of the "Passion" came on the 3rd day...when the Tomb was empty. But how do you wear an empty tomb??? 
Generally we would rather display a picture of Jesus Christ in our homes because we believe that He Lives.
Honest...we don't hiss or shrivel up when we see a cross! LOL!
