by the way the second line of the chorus should have been she cast me in a spell that carried me away, I think it changes in the second half of the song

I did oldies radio for 10 years and can't think of anything with those lyrics. I'm assuming this was a male singer?
There was a big 60s hit for the Cowsills "The Rain, The Park, and other Things" that had a girl in a park with "flowers in her hair, flowers everywhere" with a hook "I Loooooove the flower girl".
