im very curious do dogs or cats have lips?
i know it seems random but my lip gloss said not tested on animals so i was wondering hmmm i wonder if they even have lips to test it on.
The disclaimer "not tested on animals" is not specific to the body part that you would apply it to. Normally testing laboratories do patch tests where they apply the product to a shaved patch of skin if it is a topical product. But, I do believe dogs have lips.
