What is this toy called?

I have these little figurines/toys that my Grandmother bought for me when I was little. They are small, and have HUGE noses. There was also a movie made (VHS) about them. I have a purple duck with a long yellow bill, and balck and white dog with a fat long nose, and a blue kangaroo again with a fat large nose. Any help with the name of these toys/figurines?

if there was a green rabbit with a flat nose i'd suggest Bucky O'Hare

nintendo of america and bandai also did a toy line to go with their StarFox game from super nes and it may or may not have had a semi sucessfull cartoon series with movies to go with it so that may also be it
