60's Style Cigarette Holder from Mad Men?
Watching the DVD's from Mad Men I noticed that Draper had a cigarette holder on his desk that would "dispense" cigarettes whenever someone lifted the lid on it. It was like a miniature vase and obviously would hold cigarettes as well has have a handle on the top for the lifting.
I want one of these, does anyone know if the holder has a specific name, because nothing is coming up in any search engines.

try ebay. you might also contact the production company and see if they are selling them or f they can put you in contact with someone who is.
i had a chance to visit warner brother's studio once and the gift shop was selling items from the shows produced by the studio. if i'm not wrong, "mad men" is an amc production. it not hurt to visit the amc gift shop...maybe you'll find what you're looking for there.
