my original mouse wont work?
recently my optical mouse broke. so i tried to put my original rollerball mouse that came with the pc back on it. it tries to install it....
then it says it cant install it...
restart doesnt fix this.
i have a wireless microsoft mouse and keyboard also. i tried to install them.. doesnt work.
mouse doesnt work.. just sits in the middle of the screen
any help?
you often have to uninstall current mouse drivers and mouse apps to successfully install a different one. Mice seem to be more picky about this.
Go to your control, add/remove programs and uninstall any mouse program. You should also go to your mouse mfg's website and download the latest install software first. That should take care of it.
