Special jobs for non-bridal party friends and family?
My bridal party is a wonderful mix of good friends and close family, but I have other very dear friends and family members who I still want to appreciate with some kind of small, special role.
Honestly I don't think there is anything other than to have a few do readings.
Does anybody have some suggestions?
I already have enough bridesmaids and ushers to hand out all the programs and gifts.
* handing out programs
* guest book attendant
* handing out escort cards at the reception (can use 2 or 3)
* handing out bubbles, bird seed or anything you might be using when you leave the reception
* if your reception location makes it possible, you can have friends cut the cake(s) and serve it to guests
* if any of your friends are good photographers, you might ask if they would take digital photos off all of the guests (individually or as couples) by going from table to table at the reception (or at the door when they come in) It would be a good memory for you, and you could send the photos to the guests with their thank you notes and use it as a favor
