Why are the statues of Mother and Child always a Mother with a Son?
In Genesis, after Adam and Eve sinned. God curses the serpent, telling him through women, who the devil tricked and deceived, will be born the Redeemer of man kind (Jesus).

Semiramis is symbolically referred to as Jezebel in the letter in Revelation.
