I hav plans to create a TV character doll and sell it, Am I punishable by law?
Let's say I've made a customized doll based on a TV Character, but only one doll, Am I punishable by law if ever I wanted to sell it?
What if I placed the logo of the TV show to on the box but not the network? Am I still responsible for any consequences??
yup what ever you do,if you sell the doll,you will be punishable by law for cpyright violation,piracy and all that stuff...the only way you can sell it, is with the permission(legal consent) of the production company that produces that show...So if you cant get that permission..id advice you to stay away from such stuff
