A Canadian man marries a Japanese woman in Japan. They divorce. Can he get married in Japan again?
Are there any laws stating whether or not a non-Japanese person can get married again in Japan after already being married and divorced in Japan?
Yes he can....but he must do the following things...
1. Provide a legal document from the court stating that you are actually legally divorced.
2.Depending on your Embassy, you will have to go through the whole procedure of getting married again and provide those documents to the city hall where you or your fiance reside.
