How do you repair Antique German ceramic nativity (creche) figurines?
I have a very old nativity set from Germany. The figurines are ceramic. Several of them have broken and I don't have the missing pieces. For instance, the donkey's ear is missing. The shepard's nose is missing. One of the wise men is missing a jar that he was holding. This set has been in my family for over 50 years. I would like to repair these figurines, but do not want to damage them any further, how do I go about it/
I have no clue to be honest,But if you were to sell them they would be worth more if you didn't repair them because of their "antique" value! Sorry,I can't help you!
